Intellectual Property Claim

Earthconnexion (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

1. Ownership of Site Content

• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Trademark Rights

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site are the registered and unregistered marks of Earthconnexion. Nothing contained on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any mark displayed on the Site without the written permission of Earthconnexion.

4. Authorized Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with our terms. Any unauthorized use of the content, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication, without the prior written permission of Earthconnexion, is strictly prohibited.
