1. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately. We can only guarantee a full cancellation and refund if the request is received before the order enters the processing stage.
- Before Cut-off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST can typically be canceled if you notify us within 2 hours of purchase.
- After Dispatch: If your order has already been picked up by our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we cannot cancel it. In this case, you must follow our Return & Refund Policy once the package arrives.

4. Refunds for Cancellations
Once a cancellation is confirmed by our team, a full refund will be initiated. As per our standard procedure, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive an automated email confirmation once the transaction is complete.
5. Important Notes
- Earthconnexion is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout if the modification request is received after the package has shipped.
- During high-volume peak seasons, our response time may be slightly longer, but we always prioritize urgent modification emails.
