📆 1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and free from odors or stains

  • Personalized or custom items may not be eligible (see Section 7)

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be approved.

Non-Eligible Conditions

We cannot accept returns for items that are:

If approved, you will receive:

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return.

💳 5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method (PayPal).

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

  • Banks may take additional time to release funds

  • Ask neighbors or building staff

  • Wait 24–48 hours for late scans

  • Contact the local carrier

Earthconnexion is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.
We recommend secure delivery locations whenever possible.


🌍 11. International Returns (Canada & U.K.)

For international orders:

  • Duties, VAT, and customs fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless defective

  • Customs processing may extend timelines


📍 12. Return Address

Return addresses are provided after approval, as we work with multiple fulfillment partners.
Returns sent to incorrect addresses cannot be processed.


❌ 13. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are not guaranteed once processing begins.
If an order has shipped, customers must follow the standard return process.
