📝 1. Policy Overview

This Order Cancellation & Change Policy explains how customers may request:

  • Order cancellations

  • Changes to shipping address

  • Changes to items (size, color, quantity, or variant)

Because orders are processed quickly, all cancellation and change requests are time-sensitive and cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipping.


⏳ 2. Time-Sensitive Requests

Order processing begins shortly after checkout. Once an order has been:

  • Submitted to our warehouse or fulfillment partner, or

  • Transferred to the shipping carrier

it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order.

Important Notice:
We cannot guarantee any cancellation or change after an order is placed. All requests are reviewed and handled on a best-effort basis.


✉️ 3. How to Request an Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  • Email us as soon as possible at support@earthconnexion.com

  • Use the subject line: “Order Cancellation Request – [Order Number]”

  • Include the following details:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for cancellation

If the order has not yet entered processing or shipping, we will attempt to cancel it and confirm by email.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may need to receive the order and follow our Return & Refund Policy.


✏️ 4. How to Request an Order Change

To request a change to your order (address, item, size, color, or quantity):

  • Contact us immediately at support@earthconnexion.com

  • Use the subject line: “Order Change Request – [Order Number]”

  • Provide:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Exact change requested (new address, new size, add/remove item, etc.)

We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed.

Changes that are not guaranteed include:

  • Address changes after processing has begun

  • Product variant changes once items are packed or shipped

  • Adding or removing items after payment has been captured

If changes cannot be made, eligible returns may be requested after delivery.


🚚 5. Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled

  • The shipping address cannot be changed

  • Item or size changes are no longer possible

In these situations, you may:

  • Refuse delivery where permitted by the carrier, or

  • Accept the package and submit a return request according to our Return & Refund Policy

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error


📦 6. Pre-Orders & Backorders

For items labeled as pre-order or backorder:

  • Cancellation requests may be submitted until the order enters processing

  • Once processing begins, standard cancellation rules apply

Extended processing timelines will be disclosed on the product page when applicable.


🚫 7. Refusal of Requests

Earthconnexion reserves the right to decline cancellation or change requests if:

  • The order has already been processed or shipped

  • The requested change is not feasible (out-of-stock items, incorrect region, etc.)

  • There is a history of excessive cancellations or chargebacks

  • Fraudulent activity or policy abuse is suspected

All decisions are made fairly and in good faith.


💳 8. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation is approved before shipment:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal)

  • Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days, depending on PayPal or your bank

Refunds are not issued in cash or via alternate payment methods.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Entering accurate shipping information at checkout

  • Reviewing order details before submission

Earthconnexion is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders placed with incorrect items, sizes, or quantities

  • Delays caused by inaccurate customer information
